Clinical appointments are booked online.

Please note that the current space is up a flight of stairs in a house, and therefore is not ADA accessible. If you would like to establish care with me but have limited mobility at this time, please reach out via email (hello@loomacupuncture.com) to check availability for home visits.

Initial Visits are 75-minute appointments, with time taken to get to know you and your health history. Please take about 20 minutes to fill out the intake form for this appointment, as it will help me get a better picture of your health history before we meet.

Follow-Up Visits are 60-minute appointments.

Occasionally, we will need to do a reassessment of your current complaint, which is a 75-minute appointment typically done after 6-12 sessions together.

Herbal Consults are 60-minutes for new patients seeking only herbal medicine, with 45-minute follow-up appointments.

Facial Acupuncture appointments are 90 minutes long, and are focused on stimulating blood flow and collagen production in the face, while also supporting your overall health. These may include microneedling, facial gua sha, cupping, and massage.

If you are an existing patient who would like to just come in occasionally for a “tune-up,” and do not have a current issue you feel like working on, feel free to schedule any length of appointment.
